Opendns cant download phone app

All other internet services are working fine just the apps won't download. Please help. Posted on Dec 18, AM. It had something to do with icloud storage and backup. Even though i had turned backup off, it was somehow interrupting with apps download. I deleted all apps from icloud storage and now apps are updating and downloading fine. Posted on Dec 20, AM. I logged out of my apple id, forgot the already connected wifi network, reset my network settings and phone settings and restarted my phone.

Nothing worked. I am able to download apps through itunes on my laptop on the same wifi connection but not directly on the phone. Also i can connect to appstore on iphone, able to search for an app and click start or stop to download but the download keeps getting stuck on waiting. Dec 19, PM.
